The 21st Century Homeowners Insurance Program makes buying home insurance an easy, rewarding process. We offer a unique blend of comprehensive protection and responsive service by dealing directly with homeowners. Based upon your needs and priorities, we can make sure you get the best coverage for your insurance dollar.

Select your basic coverage
We make it easy to find just the right policy. We start with our basic innovative plans like DirectGold and DirectPlatinum and tailor them just for you. You tell our experts what you want to replace and they'll recommend the right amount of coverage in every area -- from your home to your personal belongings to protecting you against personal liability. If you're renting a home or condominium, we can insure your belongings against damage and theft.

A standard 21st Century Homeowners Insurance Program policy protects you against fire, lightning, wind, storms, hail, explosions, riots, aircraft wrecks, vehicle crashes, smoke, vandalism, theft, breaking glass, falling objects, weight of snow or sleet, collapsing buildings, freezing of plumbing fixtures, electrical damage and water damage from plumbing, heating or air conditioning systems.

However a standard policy does not protect you against flood, earthquake, nuclear accident and war.
